Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all private transportation and black car services provided by Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC.

Service Area

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all pickups must take place within Miami-Dade County, Broward County, or Palm Beach County, Florida.

Services outside these areas may be available upon request and may require prior approval, adjusted pricing, and additional coordination.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off addresses, correct contact information, service details, timing requirements, and any special instructions needed to complete the service properly.

Any delay, incorrect address, incomplete information, or last-minute change caused by the client may result in additional charges and may affect the scheduled service.

Delays and Waiting Time

Clients must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Any delay exceeding the agreed waiting time for the specific service may result in additional waiting time fees.

If the delay prevents the service from being completed as scheduled, Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC reserves the right to consider the service completed and no refund may be issued.

Incorrect Addresses or Incomplete Information

If the client provides an incorrect address, incomplete location details, wrong pickup point, or fails to communicate necessary access information, the client will be responsible for any additional time, mileage, parking, tolls, or operational costs incurred.

In cases where the service cannot be reasonably completed due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client, the service may be considered completed.

Conduct and Safety

Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate any service if the client or any passenger engages in conduct that is inappropriate, unlawful, unsafe, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or that may place the company, vehicle, chauffeur, passengers, or third parties at risk.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Illegal activity
  • Aggressive or threatening behavior
  • Damage or attempted damage to the vehicle
  • Harassment of the chauffeur or passengers
  • Unsafe behavior during the ride
  • Refusal to follow reasonable safety instructions
  • Conduct that may expose the company or chauffeur to legal, financial, or reputational risk

If service is terminated for any of these reasons, the service may be considered fully completed and no refund will be issued.

Vehicle Protection

Clients and passengers are responsible for treating the vehicle with respect. Any damage, excessive cleaning, spills, stains, odors, or other issues caused by the client or passengers may result in additional charges.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service at any time when necessary to protect the safety, integrity, property, reputation, or legal interests of the company, chauffeur, vehicle, client, or passengers.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Client delays
  • Extended waiting time
  • Incorrect pickup or drop-off information
  • Route changes
  • Extra stops
  • Parking
  • Tolls
  • Additional mileage
  • Vehicle cleaning or damage
  • Service extensions not included in the original booking

SMS Communications

Customers may choose to opt in to receive SMS messages from Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC through our website contact form, booking form, or other approved communication channels.

SMS messages may include booking confirmations, ride updates, pickup details, quote follow-ups, payment link notifications, customer support responses, and other service-related communications.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on the customer’s booking activity, ride status, and support requests.

Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, customers may reply HELP or contact us at info@vanguardblackcarmiami.com.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services from Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC. Customers may still contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication methods without opting in to SMS messages.
