Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC, every reservation is carefully scheduled and coordinated in advance to ensure a premium, punctual, and seamless black car service experience.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
Approved cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a $35 management and processing fee.
Cancellations Within 28 Hours
Cancellations are not permitted within 28 hours of the scheduled service time.
If a client needs to make changes within this period, the service may only be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made within 28 hours of the scheduled service time will be reviewed based on driver and vehicle availability.
Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new requested date and time; however, rescheduling is not guaranteed and may depend on operational availability.
No-Show Policy
If the client fails to appear at the scheduled pickup location or does not respond to communication attempts at the scheduled service time, the reservation may be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method after deducting the $45 management and processing fee.
Processing times may vary depending on the client’s bank or payment provider.
