We follow the aircraft
Dispatch tracks the flight and adjusts the pickup to the real landing time. Early or delayed, the chauffeur is in position when the jet reaches the FBO.

Planeside or at the FBO
Where the FBO permits, the vehicle is cleared to the aircraft and your luggage goes from the hold to the trunk. Otherwise the chauffeur waits at the FBO entrance.
