Vehicle Dispatch Policy

The dispatch of a vehicle to a scheduled pickup location or meeting point represents an operational cost for Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC.

For this reason, once a vehicle has been dispatched to the agreed pickup location or designated meeting point, the service will be considered to have started, regardless of whether the client is present, delayed, unavailable, or unable to proceed with the ride.

Any cancellation, delay, incorrect address, lack of response, or failure to appear after the vehicle has been dispatched may result in the service being considered partially or fully completed, and additional fees may apply.

Vehicle Dispatch and Service Commencement

The mere dispatch of a vehicle to a scheduled pickup location, drop-off location, or designated meeting point constitutes part of the service and represents a direct operational cost to Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC.

Accordingly, once a vehicle has been dispatched, the service shall be deemed to have commenced. If the client cancels, is delayed beyond the agreed waiting time, provides an incorrect address, fails to appear, or is unable to proceed with the service for reasons not attributable to Vanguard Black Car Miami LLC, the company reserves the right to consider the service partially or fully completed.

In such cases, no refund may be issued, and the client may be responsible for any additional costs, including but not limited to waiting time, parking, tolls, additional mileage, driver time, vehicle dispatch costs, and administrative fees.
