Dates and venue
The G20 Leaders’ Summit takes place on December 14 and 15, 2026 at Trump National Doral, with delegations arriving from December 12 and departing through December 16. It comes one week after Art Basel Miami Beach.
Security operation
The summit is a National Special Security Event led by the U.S. Secret Service with the FBI, FEMA, the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office and the City of Doral. Expect a credentialed perimeter around the resort and a security footprint that extends beyond Doral’s city limits.
Street closures and restricted zones
Authorities have confirmed closures, detours and restricted-access zones in and around Doral on summit days. Exact streets and times will be announced by the City of Doral and the Sheriff’s Office, some at short notice. We drop and collect at the nearest accessible point for the credentials your organization holds.
Airports and hotels
Allow extra time at MIA on December 13 and 16. Hotels in Doral and around the airport are expected to fill with security details, so many delegations base themselves in Brickell, Coral Gables and Miami Beach, 25 to 45 minutes from the venue.
